What we collect
What you tell us. If you fill in the demo request form, we receive what you type: your name, your business name, your city, your phone number and — if you choose to give it — your email address. Nothing on this site is compulsory. If you don't fill in a form, we collect nothing about you.
How you reached us. Sent with that form, and only with that form, are four technical details about the visit that produced it: any campaign tags on the link you clicked (the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign parameters, which are visible in the address bar), and the address of the page that linked you here, if you arrived from another site. We use them for one thing — knowing which of our own channels a conversation came from. They are read from your browser's address bar at the moment you press send. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing follows you between visits, and if you never send the form we never see any of it.
Nothing else. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. We cannot tell you how many people read this page, because we don't measure it. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.
One third party, for a reason worth naming. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing that means your browser requests files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as it would for any file loaded from another domain. We don't receive anything from it and it isn't used to identify you. It is the only external service this site contacts.
Why we collect it
To call you back, and to have a sensible conversation about whether Stemzo suits your business. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on.
Where it goes
Form submissions are written to a Google Sheet and emailed to us. Both sit inside Google Workspace, on Google's infrastructure. That is the only place your enquiry goes. No other company receives it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in touch, and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
Write to customer@stemzo.ai and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it entirely, if you ask
No justification needed and no forms to fill in. We will do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we ever start collecting something materially different — analytics, a chat widget, anything embedded from elsewhere — we will say so on this page rather than quietly amending it.
