    The team clocks in. Nobody is chased.

    Staff clock in from the phone, checked against the work site. Anyone without a smartphone is marked by someone authorised, and the day's hours show live: who is in, who is late, who is out of office.

  2. Early · vans loaded

    Every driver gets their beat.

    Vehicle, driver and stops in order, set each morning. A driver sees their own route and nothing about invoice values. Stops turn to Visited as the van moves.

  3. Mid-morning · the Founder's desk

    One screen says what needs you.

    Decisions waiting, despatches today, goods received, KYC pending, money due this week. Each tile has its own colour and its own count, on web and on the phone.

  4. Noon · a fuel voucher

    Expenses stop living in WhatsApp.

    A driver raises a voucher on the phone with the bill photos. It lands in one queue with leave, despatch summaries and advances, oldest first, with the voucher number and who raised it.

    Approve with the working in front of you.

    Every approval shows the itemised breakdown and restates what you are approving before you press the button. Self-approval is blocked at every stage.

    Chase the right customer, politely.

    Who owes what, who is over the credit limit, and a ready reminder you can send on WhatsApp. Reminders run on your own schedule.

    Does Stemzo replace Tally?

    Stemzo works beside Tally. Tally stays your books, and Stemzo shows its numbers as charts. An approved expense can be added to Tally as an Optional voucher once a Founder or GM approves it, checked first without writing and never twice.

    Does Stemzo use AI?

    Stemzo shows its working. Payroll deductions are plain arithmetic you can follow line by line, routes are set by your own team, and the Tally trend charts are labelled as estimates. The full breakdown is here.

    Is Stemzo building an AI-enabled OS?

    Yes, it is coming soon and is not live yet. It will let an owner or manager ask questions in plain words about their own business records and get drafts prepared for a person to approve. The AI prepares, a person approves, and it never changes money records by itself.

    Where does our data sit?

    Your books stay in your Tally. The Tally agent calls out to Stemzo over an encrypted connection and shares exactly what the reports need. Operational records sit on Google Cloud, separated per company and enforced on the server. If you have a residency or retention need, ask and we will confirm in writing.

    What does it cost?

    How long until we are running?

    Realistically two to three weeks from signing. The pace is set by how quickly your people, vehicles, brands and roles are entered and who signs off the approval rules.

    How do we switch without disruption?

    Your current process carries on for the first few days. Delivery staff confirm on the app and on paper in parallel, so you always have a copy. When the two agree for a couple of days, the paper can stop.
