Stemzo sits alongside Tally. It does not replace it, and your accountant keeps working exactly as he does today.

We built this to run our own distribution business.
Stemzo began in 2019 as an FMCG distribution business in Siliguri — Red Bull, Cadbury, Wipro and others, across North Bengal and Sikkim, plus a tissue converting unit run with Premier Tissues India.
We ran the whole thing on Google Sheets. Sheets are better than people give them credit for — and they are also exactly where it stopped working. A delivery boy on a bike cannot update a sheet. Fifteen people editing one file overwrite each other. A sheet cannot hold the signed delivery copy. And approvals happened on phone calls, with the sheet just where someone typed it up afterwards.
So we built a system on top of the sheets instead of throwing them away.

The Android app is live on Google Play — your team installs it from the Play Store like any other app. There's no iPhone app yet. We're onboarding our first five outside businesses by hand, which means you get us personally — and it means we're taking a small number, not everyone who asks.

We connect to the Tally already running in your office over an encrypted, outbound-only tunnel — no inbound port is opened. We pull the sales vouchers needed for reconciliation, nothing else.
POD and LR photos, master sheets, payslips and exports live in Google Drive and Google Sheets you can open, export or take with you — not locked inside a database only we can read.
Every customer's data sits under its own organisation on Google Cloud, separated at the database level and enforced server-side — one customer cannot read another's.
We don't sell it, don't share it between customers, and don't use it to train anything.
